**INCIDENTS**

Residential Burglary – On July 19 at 7:00PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 1200 block of Swan Point in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a burglary. The homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 7:00AM and 7:00PM. The investigation revealed that entry was made into the residence through a window which was found damaged. A computer, iPad Mini, iPad 3, iPhone5, several purses, jewelry, musical instruments, and money were reported missing.

**ARRESTS**

Malicious Wounding– On July 18 at 7:45PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 8300 block of Shimmering Rock Rd in Gainesville (20155) to investigate an assault. The victim, a 16-year-old male juvenile of Gainesville, reported to police that he and the accused, an acquaintance, were involved in a verbal alteration which escalated. During the encounter, the accused retrieved a knife and cut the victim in the hand causing a severe laceration. The parties eventually separated and the victim contacted police. The accused fled prior to police arriving in the area. The victim was transported to a local hospital for treatment.  Following the investigation, officers obtained warrants for the arrest of the accused. The accused was located and arrested without incident at her residence in Woodbridge on July 20.

Residential Burglaries – On July 19 at 10:03AM, officers responded to a residence located in the 3300 block of Rollingwood Dr in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate an alarm activation. When officers arrived, they discovered that entry had been made into an enclosed porch through a window which had the A/C unit pushed out. Further investigation revealed that entry was attempted into the residence through a door which was found damaged. No entry was made inside the residence and no property was reported missing. At 10:30AM, officers were dispatched to a burglary in progress at a residence located in the 13400 block of Fowke Ln. The homeowner reported to police that she heard a knock on her front door and went to answer then heard a loud noise to the rear of the residence. As she walked to the back yard, she saw three unknown men attempting entry into the residence.  When the victim challenged the suspects, they fled the area on foot. Two of the suspects, identified as Treshawn Kalante MYLES and Wesley Joseph WOODEN HARRIS, were located a short time later by responding officers and detained without incident. A police K-9 was used to search for the third suspect who was not located. Officers later learned that two additional burglaries occurred at residences located in the 13200 block of Minnieville Rd and 3500 block of Hummock Pl. No entry was made into the residence on Minnieville Rd and no property was reported missing. Entry was made into the residence on Hummock Pl through a window which was found damaged. Jewelry and several designer purses were reported missing.  Following the investigation, MYLES and WOODEN-HARRIS were arrested. Additional charges are pending. The investigation continues.

3rd Suspect Description:
White male, between 18 & 22 years of age– No further description provided
Last seen wearing black clothing

Residential Burglaries – On July 14 at 2:56PM, officers responded to an apartment located in the 1700 block of Shady River Ct in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a burglary. A resident of the apartment reported to police that the burglary occurred between 9:30AM and 2:30PM. The investigation revealed that entry was made into the apartment through an unsecured window. An Apple IPad Mini, computer tablet, and sunglasses were reported missing.

Upon further investigation on July 15, detectives from the Property Crimes Unit were able to identify the suspects involved in the above burglary as well as multiple other burglaries in the same apartment complex since March of 2016. Detectives located and detained both of the accused later that evening.

A search warrant was subsequently executed at the residence of the accused and evidence of the burglaries was recovered. Following the investigation, both of the accused were arrested. Additional charges are pending. The investigation continues.

Residential Burglary [Previously Released] – On March 31 at 5:00PM, officers responded to an apartment located in the 1900 block of Briar Rose Ln in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a burglary. A resident reported to police that the burglary occurred between 5:30AM and 3:15PM. The investigation revealed that entry was made into the residence through a rear window which was found damaged. Three firearms, ammunition, and jewelry were reported missing.
