**UPDATES**

Strong Armed Robbery *ARREST – On December 9th, Amanda HASH turned herself into police without incident at the Gar-Field Station in Woodbridge. This individual was the remaining suspect wanted in connection to a strong armed robbery which occurred in the 19300 block of Belleau Wood Dr in Dumfries on November 20th. The other suspect, Robert KING, was previously located and arrested without incident by officers on November 20th.
Arrested on December 9th:
Amanda Marie HASH, 26, of 2819 Banks Ct in Dumfries
Charged with robbery

Strong Armed Robbery – On November 20th at 1:13AM, officers responded to the 19300 block of Belleau Wood Dr in Dumfries (22072) to investigate a robbery. The victim, a 33 year old woman of Dumfries, reported to police that she was approached by a known acquaintance, later identified as Amanda HASH. During the encounter, HASH demanded the victim’s prescription narcotics. After refusing to do so, the victim was then assaulted by HASH and two other individuals. The suspect took prescription narcotics and money from the victim before fleeing. Minor injuries were reported. During the investigation, one of the suspects, identified as Robert KING, was located at an address and subsequently arrested without incident. Detectives have since obtained arrest warrants for HASH and attempts to locate this suspect have been unsuccessful. This incident does not appear to be random. The investigation continues.

**INCIDENTS**

Residential Burglary – On December 9th at 5:23PM, officers responded to an apartment located in the 18500 block of Old Triangle Rd in Triangle (22172) to investigate a burglary. The resident of the apartment reported to police that the burglary occurred between 1:00AM on November 18th and 5:00PM on December 9th. The investigation revealed that there were no signs of forced entry into the apartment. Three firearms were reported missing.

Residential Burglary – On December 9th at 1:45PM, officers responded to an apartment located in the 13100 block of Minnieville Rd in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a burglary. A resident of the apartment reported to police that the burglary occurred between 10:30AM and 1:30PM. The investigation revealed that entry was made into the residence through an unsecured window. Money and several watches were reported missing.

**ARRESTS**

Assault & Battery on a Law Enforcement Officer [LEO] – On December 9th at 12:52PM, officers responded to the Burlington Coat Factory located at 2700 Potomac Mill Cir in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate a larceny. An employee reported that the accused was a suspect in several recent larcenies and was just seen in the store. An officer located and made contact with the accused outside in a parking lot. When the officer attempted to arrest the accused, he resisted and swung at the officer’s head. The accused was detained without further incident. Minor injuries were reported to the officer, and the accused was transported to a local hospital with minor injuries. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested.

Andre Allen JAMES, 42, of 17080 Jefferson Davis Hwy in Woodbridge
Charged with assault & battery on a LEO, possession of a schedule I or II narcotic, possession of burglarious tools, identity fraud,  petit larceny, and obstruction of justice
Court date: February 4, 2016 | Bond: Held WITHOUT bond
