Aggravated Malicious Wounding | Stabbing Investigation *ARREST – On September 8th, detectives from the Robbery Unit were able to identify two suspects involved in the fight which was reported to have occurred in the 8600 block of Parkland St in Manassas (20111) on August 29th. Following the investigation, detectives obtained warrants for their arrest.  The first suspect, identified as a 17 year old male juvenile of Manassas, was located and arrested without incident.  Attempts to locate the second suspect, identified as Francisco ROSALES, have been unsuccessful.

A 17 year old male juvenile of Manassas
Charged with aggravated malicious wounding
Court date:  pending | Bond: held at a juvenile detention center

Described as a white male, 5’08’’, 140lbs with a thin build, black hair, and brown eyes

Aggravated Malicious Wounding | Stabbing Investigation [Previously Released] – On August 29th at 8:29PM, officers responded to the 8600 block of Parkland St in Manassas (20111) for a fight. As officers arrived, a large group dispersed and the victim, a 55 year old man of Manassas, was found to be suffering from a stab to the lower abdomen. The suspects, 1 black male and 3 Hispanic males, fled the area prior to police arrival.  A police K-9 and a Fairfax County police helicopter were used to search for the suspects.  The victim was flown to an area hospital with serious, non-life threatening injuries. No further suspect description is available. This is not believed to be a random incident.

**INCIDENTS**

Armed Robbery – On September 8th at 6:09AM, officers responded to the 16700 block of Blackjack Oak Ln in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a robbery. The victim, a 28 year old man of Woodbridge, reported to police that he was walking in the above area when he was approached by an unknown black man. During the encounter, the man displayed a firearm and demanded money. The suspect then took the victim’s wallet and cell phone before fleeing the area. No injuries were reported. Attempts to locate the suspect were unsuccessful.
Suspect Descriptions:
Black male, between 30 & 40 years of age, with a thin build, short hair, and a beard
Unknown clothing description

Assault & Battery on a Fire Marshal – On September 2nd at 3:15PM, officers responded to the 10400 block of Bristow Center Dr to investigate a reckless driver. The investigation revealed that a Prince William County Fire Marshal was in the above area when he observed an unoccupied vehicle parked in the fire lane obstructing a fire department water connection. As the Fire Marshal was writing a parking citation, the vehicle owner returned and attempted to leave.  The driver was told to exit the vehicle at which point he placed the vehicle in drive and began moving toward the Fire Marshal.  As the Fire Marshal attempted to move out of the path of the vehicle, the driver stopped then placed the vehicle in reverse. The vehicle then proceeded in reverse into oncoming traffic before eventually driving onto an adjacent sidewalk and stopping. At that point, the driver then attempted flee the area.  When the Fire Marshal attempted to stop the vehicle, the accused continue to flee before driving out of sight. Following the investigation, the driver was identified as the accused and warrants were obtained for his arrest. Attempts to locate the suspect have been unsuccessful.

Wanted for assault & battery on a LEO, eluding police, reckless driving, and a parking violation

Residential Burglary – On September 8th at 11:03AM, officers responded to a residence located in the 18300 block of Sharon Rd in Triangle (22172) to investigate a burglary. The homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred sometime between 7:00PM on May 10th and 11:59PM on July 14th. The investigation revealed that there were no signs of forced entry into the residence. Two antique rifles, a coin collection and a TV were reported missing.
