Prince William Co. Police Report for April 18, 2022 -  School employee charged with sexual assault

Incidents
• Aggravated Assault –
On April 15, 2022 at 11:04PM, Prince William County Police officers responded to the Bayvue Apartments located in the 1300 block of East Longview Dr. in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a stabbing. Upon arriving at the apartment complex, officers located the victim, an 18-year-old woman, suffering from a stab wound to the lower body and an uninjured male acquaintance in the parking lot. Officers provided immediate first aid to the victim until rescue personnel arrived. The victim was transported to an area hospital where her injuries were determined to be non-life threatening.
The male acquaintance initially reported to police that the victim was near the pool house when she was stabbed by an unknown man following a verbal altercation. According to the male acquaintance, the victim did not enter the apartment after being stabbed. A police K-9 searched the area for the suspect who was not located. Further investigation by officers revealed that the victim and the male acquaintance were involved in a verbal altercation before the victim was stabbed.
Evidence was located inside the apartment indicating that the victim was inside the apartment after being injured before leaving and going to the parking lot where she was located by responding officers. The investigation continues.

• Armed Robbery – On April 17, 2022 at 6:17PM,  Prince William County Police officers responded to the Walmart located at 14000 Worth Ave. in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a robbery. An employee of the store reported to police that an unknown man, later identified as the accused, requested to see a ring from the jewelry counter. While the accused was holding the ring, he implied he had a firearm before running out of the store with the unpaid merchandise. The accused fled the area in a vehicle, which was later located by officers in the Woodbridge area. While investigating the incident, officers identified the accused as Aaron Lee RICHARDSON, and obtained warrants for his arrest. Attempts to locate the accused have been unsuccessful.

Aaron Lee RICHARDSON, 54, of the 14700 block of Potomac Mills Rd. in Woodbridge
Described as a black male, approximately 5’11”, 185lbs., with black hair and brown eyes
Wanted for robbery

• Strangulation | Attempted Abduction – On April 17, 2022 at 3:30AM, officers responded to the 7500 block of Belle Grae Dr. in Manassas (20110) to investigate an assault. The victim, a 26-year-old man, reported to police that earlier in the evening he met a man and a woman while at a local business. The victim and the couple spent some time at the business together before the couple asked the victim to drive them in their vehicle home. The victim parked the vehicle in the above area and attempted to get out, when the male acquaintance, who was sitting behind the victim, wrapped his arm around the victim’s throat. Eventually the victim was able to separate from the man and exited the vehicle. The victim ran to a nearby business and contacted the police. The suspects fled the area prior to police arriving at the location. No injuries were reported. The investigation continues.
Suspect Descriptions:
A Hispanic male, between 40-45 years of age, approximately 5’10”-6’, with a medium build, short black hair, and brown eyes
Last seen wearing a suit
A Hispanic female, between 25-30 years of age, approximately 5’5”, with a skinny build, with long black hair and light brown eyes
Last seen wearing a short dress and high heels

• Indecent Exposure – On April 15, 2022 at 1:17PM, officers responded to Zainie Threading Design Beauty Salon located at 14810 Build America Dr. in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate an indecent exposure. Employees of the salon reported to police that an unknown man, later identified as the accused, entered the salon, and exposed himself to the employees. The employees ran out of the business and contacted the police. The accused exited the business and fled the area on foot. While investigating, officers identified the accused as Rodney Kayne BYRNE, and obtained warrants for his arrest. Attempts to locate the accused have been unsuccessful.

Described as a white male, approximately 6’3”, 150lbs., with short blond hair, blue eyes, and a full beard
Wanted for indecent exposure

Arrests
• Rape –
On January 11, 2022, at 12:25PM, officers responded to investigate a sexual assault that was reported to have occurred at a residence in the Dumfries (22026) area of Prince William County on October 13, 2021. The victim, a 20-year-old woman, reported to police that early on the morning of October 13, 2021 an acquaintance, identified as the accused, was visiting when he went into the basement of the home. When the victim went to check on the accused a short time later, he grabbed the victim and pulled her onto the couch where he physically prevented her from getting up. While on the couch, the accused grabbed the victim’s throat before sexually assaulting her. Eventually the victim was able to separate from the accused and went into another room. A short time later, the accused entered the victim’s room and sexually assaulted her a second time. The parties eventually separated. The victim reported she sustained injuries during the time of the incidents. The victim eventually contacted the police–prompting the investigation. Following the investigation, on April 14, 2022, the accused, identified as Samuel Isaac LINARES, was arrested.

• Aggravated Sexual Assault | PWC Public School Staff Member Arrest – On April 6, 2022 detectives with the Prince William County Police Department’s Special Victims Bureau, in conjunction with Child Protective Services began an investigation into an alleged sexual assault that occurred at John Jenkins Elementary School located at 4060 Prince William Pkwy in Woodbridge (22192) involving a school staff member.
The investigation revealed between March and April 2022, a school Information Technology Specialist, identified as the accused, sexually assaulted multiple students while on school grounds. Over the course of the investigation, detectives identified four total victims, all 8-year-old girls, as being inappropriately touched by the accused while in his office within the school building. The victims reported the encounters to a teacher who then informed school administration and the authorities.
The accused was removed from the school and away from contact with children as the investigation was conducted. On April 15, following the investigation, detectives obtained arrest warrants for the accused, identified as Jonathan George SKOCIK, who turned himself into police on April 15. At the time of these incidents, the accused was an employee with Prince William County Public Schools. Anyone with information to report regarding this investigation is asked to contact police.

• Reckless Handling of a Firearm – On April 17, 2022 at 5:23PM, officers responded to the 9500 block of Lomond Dr. in Manassas (20109) to investigate a shots fired call. Residents reported to police that gunshots were heard in the above area. The investigation revealed that the accused fired multiple rounds towards a large rodent that was in a tree on his property. No injuries or property damage were reported. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Carlos Rene CLAROS SANCHEZ, was charged.
