Abduction | Domestic Related – On August 17 at 12:10AM, officers from the Prince William County Police Department responded to investigate a domestic assault that was reported to have occurred at a residence located in the 1600 block of Maryland Ave. in Woodbridge (22191) on the evening of August 16.
The victim, a 44-year-old woman, reported to police that she and an acquaintance, identified as the accused, were involved in a verbal altercation that escalated. According to a police report from Master Police Officer Renee Carr, public information officer, during the altercation, the accused grabbed the victim and slammed her into a wall before striking her. As the victim was attempting to leave, the accused put her purse in his vehicle. When the victim went to retrieve her purse, the accused forced her into the vehicle and drove to a local business.
While the accused was inside the business, the victim fled the vehicle and went to a local hospital where police were contacted. Following the investigation, officers obtained arrest warrants for the accused, identified as Jimi Argedis SALGADO. Attempts to locate the accused have been unsuccessful.

Described as a Hispanic male, 5’6”, 190lbs., with short brown hair and brown eyes
Wanted for abduction, robbery, malicious wounding, domestic assault & battery, and destruction of property
