Police looking for man of many identities wanted for five counts of sexual battery

Sexual Assault Investigation – On September 27, detectives with the Special Victims Unit concluded an investigation into a sexual assault that was reported to have occurred at a residence located in the Woodbridge area (22191) of Prince William County between June and September. The investigation revealed that the victim, who was between 11-12 years of age at the time of the offenses, was sexually assaulted by a family member, identified as the accused, on more than one occasion during that time frame. The victim recently reported the incidents, prompting the police investigation. On October 1, following the investigation, warrants were obtained for the accused, who has many identities including Gean Carlos VELARDE-GALINDO. Attempts to locate the accused have been unsuccessful.

Described as a Hispanic Male, 5’5’’, 190lbs with black hair and brown eyes
