Police look fpr suspects after Manassas 7-Elevens robbed and bullets shot into two homes in Dumfries

Shooting into Occupied Dwellings – On January 11 at 2:52AM, Prince William County pokice officers responded to a residence located in the 4800 block of Ebb Tide Ct. in Dumfries (22025) to investigate a shots fired call. Residents reported to police that gunshots were heard in the above area.

A homeowner reported that sometime between 2:00AM and 2:52AM, a bullet entered the home through a ground floor window and lodged in an interior wall of the home. While canvassing the area, another home was also reportedly struck by a round was located. The bullet entered the second home through a bedroom window and was located inside of the bedroom. The bullet was collected by officers along with shell casings that were located on the ground between residences in the above area.

A witness reported to police that an unknown individual wearing dark clothing and a hood was seen running from the area. A police K-9 responded and searched for the suspect who was not located. No injuries or additional property damage were reported. There is no additional suspect description at this time.

Armed Robbery – On January 12 at 2:20AM, officers responded to the 7-Eleven located at 7113 Sudley Rd. in Manassas (20109) to investigate a robbery. A store employee reported to police that an unknown man entered the business where he then walked behind the counter and approached the employee. During the encounter, the suspect implied he was armed and demanded money. The suspect fled on foot after taking an undisclosed amount of money. No injuries were reported. A police K-9 searched for the suspect who was not located.

A white male, 5’7”, 130lbs., thin build, with brown eyes and a clean shaven face
Last seen wearing a gray knit hat, a red long-sleeve shirt with a blue stripe on the front, a black leather jacket, black pants and black shoes with white trim

Strong-Arm Robbery – On January 12 at 1:09AM, officers responded to the 7-Eleven located at 10460 Sudley Manor Dr. in Manassas (20109) to investigate a robbery. A store employee reported to police that an unknown man entered the business and approached the counter. During the encounter, the suspect assaulted the employee prior to taking tobacco products and an undisclosed amount of money. The suspect fled on foot prior to police arriving at the business. Minor injuries were reported by the employee. A police K-9 searched for the suspect who was not located.

A light-skinned black male, approximately 25 years of age, 6’0”, 200lbs., short black hair, brown eyes Last seen wearing a black Yankees cap, black zippered jacket, black pants and black shoes with white soles

On January 10 at 11:12PM, Prince William County Police officers responded to a parking lot located in the 14400 block of Gideon Dr. in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a child neglect. The investigation revealed that the driver and the occupant of the vehicle were under the influence of alcohol and suspected narcotics.
