Police look for Stafford man in connection with attempted abduction

On May 6 at 12:41AM, officers responded to investigate a domestic that was reported to have occurred at a residence located in the 1400 block of Arkansas Ave. in Woodbridge (22191) earlier that evening.

The victim, a 35-year-old female, reported to police that when she attempted to leave her residence in the above area, she was grabbed from behind by an acquaintance, identified as the accused. The accused then attempted to carry her to an awaiting vehicle when her screaming caused him to let her go.

The accused fled the scene before police arrived in the area. The victim, who has a protective order against the accused went to an area business where police were contacted. Following the investigation, officers obtained arrest warrants for the accused, identified as Johnny Farajala CARMOUCHE. Attempts to locate the accused have been unsuccessful.

Johnny Farajala CARMOUCHE, 38, of 709 Knollwood Ct. in Stafford
Described as a White male 6’00”, 195lbs., with black hair and brown eyes
Wanted for attempted abduction and violation of a protective order
