Patient in Woodbridge hospital allegedly “touched inappropriately”

Sexual Assault Investigation – On August 25, detectives from the Prince William County Police Department’s Special Victims Unit began to investigate an alleged sexual assault involving a nurse at the Sentara Northern Virginia Medical Center located at 2300 Opitz Blvd in Woodbridge (22191).

The investigation revealed that between August 21 and August 24, the accused, identified as Frederick YEBOAH, inappropriately touched a patient, identified as a 39-year-old woman of Woodbridge, on more than one occasion.

At this point, detectives believe this was an isolated incident and there are no additional victims. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested on August 28 without incident at the Gar-Field Police Station.

Frederick YEBOAH, 60, of 14595 Charity Ct in Woodbridge
Charged with object sexual penetration and sexual battery
Court Date: October 17, 2017 | Bond: Held WITHOUT Bond
