New member recruiting day Aug. 27 at American Legion Post 364 in Woodbridge
American Legion, Post 364, 3640 Friendly Post Lane, Woodbridge, VA 22192, will conduct a New Membership Recruiting Day on Saturday Aug. 27, starting at 9 a.m.
A free lunch of grilled burgers and dogs will be served to participating members and transferred or new members at noon.
The Post Service Officer will be in attendance so that any veterans that would like to discuss and try to resolve issues with the Veterans Administration can do so.
Membership Chairman, Bob Brady, of the Department of Virginia will join in to help us, highlighting the importance of this event, according to Daniel Eubank, new membership chairman.
The Post has begun construction of a new $2.8 million facility to support veterans in the local community.
