Multiple businesses burglarized at shopping center in Dumfries; K-9 unit called in

Commercial Burglaries – On November 13 at 5:26AM, Prince William County police officers responded to Southbridge Plaza located in the 17100 block of Wayside Dr in Dumfries (22026) to investigate multiple commercial burglaries to businesses in the shopping center. A citizen reported to police that he was walking by the plaza when he observed the front windows to several businesses were shattered. Those businesses included Wings Way, Amazing Grace Salon and Barber, Pizza Boli, Mandarin Court, and Skrimp Shack. A police K-9 responded and attempted to locate a suspect(s). No suspects were located on scene. At the time, it’s unknown if any property was taken from the businesses. The investigation continues, according to Sgt. Jonathan Perok, police department spokesman.

Commercial Burglary – On November 11 at 11:40PM, Prince William County police officers responded to Brothers Pizza located at 4128 Dale Blvd in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate an alarm activation. When officers arrived, they observed the front glass doors were shattered. Surveillance footage showed an unknown man enter the business and take the cash register and two tip jars containing an undisclosed amount of money. The suspect fled prior to police arrival at the scene. A police K-9 searched for the suspect who was not located.
Suspect Description:
Male, unknown race, between 5’9”-5’11” with a medium build
Last seen wearing a hooded black jacket, gray sweatpants, dark colored shoes, gloves and a mask
