Manassas police apprehend wanted subject through collaborative effort
Wanted subject apprehended
At approximately 8:30 p.m. on Sept. 15, 2016, Manassas City Police working collaboratively with the Northern Virginia Regional Gang Task Force, the Prince William County-Manassas-Manassas Park Vice Narcotics Task Force, the U.S. Marshals Service Fugitive Task Force, and the U.S. Secret Service Electronic Crimes Task Force apprehended wanted subject David Luis MENDOZA (aka Luis David) without incident on the 8300 block of Shady Grove Cir. MENDOZA was arrested for multiple charges dating back to early 2016.
