Man asked to relocate after incident in book store children’s department

**INCIDENTS**

Indecent Exposure – On August 26th at 2:30PM an officer responded to Barnes and Noble book store located at 8117 Sudley Road in Manassas (20109) to investigate an indecent exposure.  Employees reported to police that an unknown man came into the store on Sunday, August 24th at 3:40PM and went to the children’s section of the store.  The man sat down with a large book in his lap in the children’s’ section and exposed himself several times.  An employee asked the man to relocate and he left the store. 

Suspect Description:
White male, 50-60 years of age, 5’10”, 160 with a thin build, and gray hair.       

**ARRESTS**

Child neglect ] 4 counts – On August 27th at 2:01PM, an officer responded to the 3000 block of Braddock Road in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate child neglect.  A citizen report that four children, ages 3-10, were left alone during the day by the caregiver.  The investigation revealed the caregiver would leave the children alone for long periods of time and would leave the 10 year old in charge of the other siblings.  Telephone contact was made with the father who returned to the home.

Arrested on August 27th:
Beby Vaca, 34, of the 14000 block of Birchdale Avenue in Woodbridge
Charged with 4 counts of child neglect

Drug Operation – On August 27th, the Narcotics Task Force executed a search warrant at the 14000 block of Mt. Pleasant Drive in Woodbridge (22191).  During the search approximately 1 gram of crack cocaine, cutting agent and U.S. Currency was seized.

Carmichael Kendall, 28, of the 14000 block of Mt. Pleasant Drive in Woodbridge
Charged with Possession with the Intent to Distribute marijuana,
Possession of Guns and Drugs, Possession with the Intent to Distribute Schedule I/II
(2 counts), and Possession of Schedule I/II (2 counts)
Court date:  pending] Bond:  $10,000.00 secured

Tianna Winbush, 27, of the 1300 block of Bayside Avenue in Woodbridge
Charged with Distribution of Schedule I/II
Court date:  pending] Bond:  none

Jennifer Garner, 31, of the 1500 block of Maurice Drive in Woodbridge
Charged with Possession of Schedule I/II
Court date:  pending] Bond:  $3,000.00 unsecure

Ashley Secor, 27, of the 6000 block of River forest Drive
Charged with Possession of Schedule I/II and Distribution of Schedule I/II
Court date:  pending] Bond: $5,000.00 unsecure
