Inmate accused of striking another inmate at Adult Detention Center

Unlawful Wounding – On Feb. 3 at 5:15 p.m., officers responded to investigate an assault between inmates that was reported to have occurred at the Prince William-Manassas Regional Adult Detention Center (ADC) located at 9320 Lee Ave. in Manassas (20110) on January 30 at around 6:14PM.

The investigation revealed the accused struck another inmate, identified as a 33-year-old man, in the face causing a significant injury. The parties separated, and the victim was transported to a local hospital for treatment. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Timothy Racen BROWN, was charged and remains incarcerated at the ADC.
