Indecent exposure reported at county office building in Woodbridge

Indecent Exposure – On November 8 at 5:51PM, officers responded to investigate an indecent exposure that was reported to have occurred at the Ferlazzo Building located at 15941 Donald Curtis Dr in Woodbridge (22191) earlier that morning at approximately 8:30AM. The victim, a 36-year-old woman, reported to police that she was at the above location when she was approached by an unknown man. After a brief exchange, the man exposed himself to the victim. The parties eventually separated and the victim reported the encounter to a family member later in the day who contacted police. No physical contact was made between the victim and the man. No injuries were reported.
Suspect Description:
Black male, unknown age, 6’1” with a thin build, light complexion, short black hair, brown eyes and a full beard with mustache
Last seen wearing a gray or brown hooded sweatshirt and sweatpants

Brandishing a Firearm – On November 9 at 4:15PM, officers responded to investigate a brandishing that reportedly occurred in the area of Marys Way and Constellation Pl in Woodbridge (22191) at approximately 2:45PM. The victim, a 60-year-old woman, reported to police that she was standing at the above location when a red smaller sized SUV pulled up next to her. The male driver attempted to engage with the victim. At one point, the man became angry and brandished a firearm toward the victim before driving away. No other contact was made and no injuries were reported. The suspect was only described as a younger black male wearing all dark colored clothing and a mask.
