Heroin summit in Culpeper Dec. 3

A community forum sponsored by Blue Ridge Narcotics and Gang Task to address the heroin epidemic will be held on Thursday, Dec. 3, at Germanna Community College at 18121 Technology Drive, Culpeper, VA from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Virginia Attorney General Mark Herring, who has just released a documentary on how families and users suffer in trying to deal with the issue, is scheduled to speak at 1 p.m. during this program.
