Haymarket driver charged with child neglect
Felony Child Neglect | DUI – On February 21 at 10:06PM, Prince William County police officers stopped a vehicle on Heathcote Blvd. near Catharpin Rd. in Gainesville (20155) after observing the driver was unable to maintain the lane.
Officers made contact with the driver of the vehicle, identified as the accused and determined the accused was under the influence of alcohol. Officers located two boys, ages 6 and 10 inside of the vehicle who were unharmed. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Jessica WHITEHEAD, was arrested. The children were turned over to a family member.

Jessica WHITEHEAD, 35, of the 6100 block of Popes Creek Pl. in Haymarket
Charged with felony child neglect, driving under the influence, unreasonable refusal and obstruction of justice
