Girl, 11, and boy, 11, victims of crimes in their Woodbridge neighborhoods

Report of arrests as released by Prince William County Police on Dec. 2, 2013

**ARRESTS**

Forcible Sodomy – On November 27th at 9:29AM, detectives from the Special Victims Unit responded to the 15100 block of Blackburn Rd in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a sexual assault. The victim, an 11 year old girl of Woodbridge, reported to police that she was held down and sexually assaulted by two male juveniles in the backyard of her residence. Following the investigation, both juveniles were arrested.

A 13 year old boy and a 12 year old boy – both of Woodbridge
Both were charged with forcible sodomy and abduction with intent to defile

Malicious Wounding – On November 28th at 12:46PM, police responded to a residence located in the 1200 block of Bayside Ave in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a domestic related assault. The victim, a 21 year old woman of Woodbridge, reported to police that she and the accused, a known acquaintance, were involved in a verbal altercation which escalated. During the encounter, the accused grabbed a knife. The victim attempted to take the knife away from the accused and sustain a minor cut on the arm. The accused fled prior to police arrival but turned himself in later that day without incident.

Sven William SOLDNER, 22, of 100 Portugal Cove in Stafford
Charged with malicious wounding

Strong Armed Robbery – On December 1st at 5:50PM, police responded to the 3300 block of Wyndale Ct in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a robbery. The victim, an 11 year old boy of Woodbridge, reported to police that he and two other acquaintances were in the area above when they were approached by another known acquaintance and an unknown male. During the encounter, the unknown male pushed the victim to the ground and took an undisclosed amount of U.S. Currency from his pockets before both males fled on foot. No injuries were reported. Following the investigation, detectives from the Robbery Unit were able to locate and arrest the known acquaintance who accompanied the unknown suspect. The investigation continues into the identity and arrest of the remaining suspect.

Elijah Rashawn SNYDER, 19, of 13628 Bentley Cir in Woodbridge
Charged with robbery
