Get Thomas Jefferson High School application packets starting Sept. 21

Online and paper applications for admission to the Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology (TJHSST) for the class of 2020 will be available beginning Monday, Sept. 21. TJHSST is the regional Governor’s School located in Fairfax County. Residents of Prince William County are eligible to attend.

Students interested in applying should contact their school counselor for applications and additional information. The deadline to apply is Oct. 16.

Oct. 6 — Information Session at 6 p.m.
Reagan Middle School

Oct. 5 — Open House from 9 a.m.–noon
Holmes Middle School*, 6525 Montrose St., Alexandria, VA 22312
*Change of location due to construction.

Oct. 8 — Information Session at 6:30 p.m.

Oct. 16 — Absolute deadline for submission of (online and paper) applications to schools or admissions office. No late applications will be accepted for any reason.

Dec. 5 — Admissions Test

Students in grades 7–10 may also want to consider attending an open house for the Governor’s School @ Innovation Park in Prince William County on Nov. 7 or Dec. 5.
