Flasher drove a white Mercedes, victims say
Indecent Exposure – On Friday, May 21, 2021, at 6:12PM, Prince William County Police officers responded to the area of Talon Dr. and Dumfries Rd. in Dumfries (22025) to investigate an indecent exposure.
The investigation revealed that while in the above area, the victims, identified as a 32-year-old woman and 61-year-old woman, observed the driver of a white Mercedes, exit his vehicle, and approach their vehicle. During the encounter, the suspect exposed himself to the victims before making inappropriate gestures.
After a short time, the suspect returned to his vehicle and fled the area. At no time did the suspect make verbal or physical contact with the victims. The only suspect description is a Hispanic male.
