Farm Tour Stop 5: Oakwood Farm

Oakwood Farm, at 4540 Sudley Road in Gainesville will be open Sept. 24 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. to let visitors get an up-close and personal look at the lands that were changed substantially by the Chesapeake Bay-Friendly Horse Farm project.
The farm now offers innovative, chore-efficient, best management practices to address manure, mud and pasture uses while protecting streams and ultimately the Chesapeake Bay.
