County Police investigate reported burglaries at four locations; money, firearms missing

Residential Burglary – On January 20 at 4:25PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 7900 block of Lomond Ct in Manassas (20109) to investigate a burglary. The homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred sometime between 10:00AM on January 19 and 4:00PM on January 20. The investigation revealed that entry was made into the home through a side door, which was found damaged. No property was reported missing.

Commercial Burglary – On January 19 at 10:22AM, officers responded to the Public Storage located at 13798 Telegraph Rd in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a burglary. An employee reported to police that sometime between 6:00PM on January 18 and 9:00AM on January 19, entry was made into the office. It appears entry was made into the office through a rear door, which was found damaged. Money and a key were reported missing.

Residential Burglary – On January 19 at 8:38AM, officers responded to a residence located in the 1500 block of Forest Ln in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a burglary in progress. A neighbor and the homeowner reported to police that two unknown males were seen running from the residence. Upon further investigation, it was determined that entry was made into the residence through a rear window, which was found shattered. A police K-9 searched the area for the suspects who were not located. Money, jewelry, a jacket, ammunition, and two firearms were reported missing. The investigation continues.

Attempted Residential Burglary – On January 18 at 7:17PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 13700 block of Palm Rd in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate a burglary. The homeowner reported to police that sometime between 7:00PM on January 17 and 5:00PM on January 18, entry was attempted into the residence through the front door, which was found damaged. No entry was made into the home and no property was reported missing.
