Cedar Point Elementary in secure-the-building mode

Cedar Point Elementary School in Bristow is in precautionary secure the building status, with police on site, due to concerns about a domestic situation in the area.
Everyone is safe and students will remain in the building while instructional activities continue.
Entry is restricted, according to Irene Cromer, Supervisor of Community Relations for Prince William County Public Schools.

Tea Festival moves from Herndon to Reston
The Annual Tea Festival will be held at the Lake Anne Plaza Waterfront in Reston on Saturday May 4, from 12:30 to 6:30 p.m. with programs and 40+ vendors,, according to a news release.
