Bristow Road (VA 619) to be closed Aug. 16 for train track repairs
Virginia Department of Transportation will be closing Bristow Road (VA 619) to through traffic between VA 28 and Lucasville Road Tuesday, August 16 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. for railroad crossing repairs. An additional day is needed for the repairs.
Traffic will be detoured via VA 28, Prince William Parkway, Brentsville Road and Lucasville Road back to Bristow Road.
Residents and businesses within the closure area and emergency vehicles will still have access to the closed portion of Bristow Road; however, they will not be allowed to pass through the work zone at the railroad crossing.
