Brentsville Road bridge has reopened

The Brentsville Road bridge over Broad Run reopened to through traffic on Thursday, Dec. 3, according to a traffic alert from the Virginia Department of Transportation.
The two-lane bridge had been closed since late June to complete a $2.8 million project that replaced the superstructure with a continuous structure and repaired the substructure.
The bridge was originally built in 1957.
