Supervisors return “Reserve at Long Forest” to PWC Planning Commission for future study
Prince William Board of County Supervisors remanded Rezoning #PLN2014-00041, The Reserve at Long Forest, back to the Planning Commission on Jan. 8, on the applicant’s request, according to a news release from the county planning department.
This item will not be heard or acted on by the Board of County Supervisors at its Jan. 22, 2019, meeting.
The news release said the applicant “has indicated the intent to redesign the project layout to substantially reduce the number of proposed lots.”
A revised proposal will require a new public hearing with the Planning Commission before it is heard by the Board of County Supervisors.
