Man reports assault, robbery while waiting in line to buy fried chicken at Woodbridge drive-thru

Strong-Armed Robbery – On October 14 at 6:18PM, officers responded to the KFC drive-thru located at 1307 Devils Reach Rd in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a robbery. The victim, a 30-year-old man, reported to police that he was sitting in his vehicle in the drive-thru line at the KFC when a vehicle pulled in front of him and blocked his vehicle in the drive-thru line. Two acquaintances then got out of the vehicle, reached into the victim’s vehicle, and assaulted him while demanding his money. The suspects took an undisclosed amount of money before fleeing the area in a vehicle. Minor injuries were reported. Following the investigation, officers obtained warrants for the arrest of the suspects, identified as Richard Steven WINDSOR and Joseph William WINDSOR. Attempts to locate both of the accused have been unsuccessful.

Described as a white male, 5’08”, 190lbs with a thin build, brown hair and brown eyes

Both suspects are wanted for robbery

Armed Robbery – On October 12 at 5:05PM, officers responded to investigate a robbery that occurred in the area of Irongate Way and Community Dr in Manassas (20109). The victim, a 16-year-old male, reported to police that he was walking in the above area when he was approached by two unknown men. During the encounter, one of the suspects began punching the victim in the face while the other suspect rummaged through the victim’s pockets. At some point, one of the men displayed a handgun. The suspects took the victim’s wallet before fleeing the area on foot. Minor injuries were reported. A police K-9 searched for the suspects who were not located.

Black male with a medium complexion, late 20s, 5’11”, with a thin build, black

White male with a light complexion, approximately 30 years of age, 5’05”, with a thin build and short, light colored hair

Strong-Armed Robbery – On October 14 at 7:32PM, officers responded to the 14300 block of North Park Ct in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate a robbery. The victim, a 36-year-old woman, reported to police that she was walking to her vehicle, which was parked in the above area, when she was approached by a dark sedan. During the encounter, the driver of the vehicle got out, pushed the victim to the ground, and then took her purse before fleeing the area in the vehicle. Minor injuries were reported. The investigation continues.
