PWC Police arrest suspect March 7 in strangulation case from Sept. 28

Strangulation *ARREST – On March 7, William Nathaniel FULLER, who was wanted for a strangulation which occurred at a residence located in the 15100 block of Beacon Ridge Dr in Woodbridge on September 28, was arrested in Prince William County.
Arrested on March 7:
William Nathaniel FULLER, 21, of 3274 South 24th St in Arlington
Charged with strangulation, grand larceny, assault & battery, and destruction of property
Court Date: Pending | Bond: Held WITHOUT Bond

Strangulation | Domestic Related – On September 30 at 9:21PM, officers began to investigate a domestic assault which occurred at an apartment located in the 15100 block of Beacon Ridge Dr in Woodbridge (22191) on September 28. The investigation revealed that the victim, a 19-year-old woman of Woodbridge, reported to police that she and the accused, an acquaintance, were involved in a verbal altercation which escalated. During the encounter, the accused knocked the victim’s cell phone out of her hands causing damage to the phone. At some point, the accused grabbed the victim by the throat and choked her. The accused continued to assault the victim until the parties eventually separated. The victim responded to the Gar-Field Station on September 30 to report the incident. Minor injuries were reported. Following the investigation, officers obtained warrants for the arrest of the accused, identified as William Nathaniel FULLER.
