City of Manassas Park closing schools early today, Jan. 8, due to bad weather
Due to inclement weather conditions, Manassas Park City Schools will be closing early today, Jan. 8 (MPMS and MPHS at 11:45am; CES and MPES at 12:30pm).
Per Manassas Park’s inclement weather policy, school age Extended Care will pick up participating students from school and bring them to the Community Center. Parents will have two hours to pick up their children (pick up time is 2:30pm). Afternoon preschool has been cancelled.
The Teen Center will remain open as long as the Community Center and City Offices do not close for inclement weather. MP3 will not run, but teens can still ride the bus to the Community Center.
Should there be any additional weather related closures, an additional notification will be sent out.
