Prince William County Supervisors cancel Dec. 8 vote on Stone Haven development

The developer of the Stone Haven property has publicly posted a letter stating they are officially withdrawing its application.  That means there will be NO vote tomorrow night and no vote in the future on this Stone Haven project, according to Brentsville Supervisor Jeanine Lawson. 

In the future, if the applicant would like to rezone the property, the company will have to submit a new plan and start the process from the beginning, Lawson said. The current landowners would not be permitted to start any new application process for at least six months, she added.

Stone Haven will be removed from the Board of County Supervisors’ Dec. 8 agenda.  Lawson thanked all the residents who contacted us regarding this application and invited them to contact her office with any questions at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address)
