Sexual Assault Investigation –
On May 15, 2023 Prince William County Police Department detectives concluded the investigation into a sexual assault that was reported to have occurred at a residence located in the 1400 block of California St. in Woodbridge (22191) sometime between Jan, 2-5, 2023.

According to the police report, the investigation revealed that the victim, who was under the age of 15 at the time of the offense, arranged to meet an acquaintance, identified as the accused, at the above location. While inside the home, the accused sexually assaulted the victim on more than one occasion and recorded a portion of the encounter. The victim left the residence later that day without incident.

The victim eventually reported the incident to police prompting the investigation. Further investigation revealed the accused later distributed the video to another person. Following the investigation, detectives obtained arrest warrants for the accused, identified as Dominque Allen SEQUERIA-CARTER, who was taken into custody on May 15, without incident.

Charged with 2 counts of production of child pornography, 2 counts of carnal knowledge, 1 count of distribution of child pornography, 1 count of indecent liberties, and 1 count of solicitation of a minor
