PWC Crime Report: March 16, 2023 - Five counts of assault/battery on LEOs

On March 16, 2023 the suspect sought in connection to the domestic that was reported to have occurred at the Misty Ridge Apartments located in the 2000 block of Horizon Ct. in Woodbridge (22191) on March 8, was arrested. The accused, Keyontae Vanes-Deshaun SIGGAL, turned himself in to police without incident.
Arrested on March 16:
Keyontae Vanes-Deshaun SIGGAL, 23, of 16631 Space More Cl. in Woodbridge
Charged with malicious wounding, domestic assault & battery, and preventing the use of the telephone

Malicious Wounding | Domestic Related [Previously Released] – On March 8 at 5:36PM, officers responded to the Misty Ridge Apartments located in the 2000 block of Horizon Ct. in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a domestic. The investigation revealed the victim, a 20-year-old woman, and an acquaintance, identified as the accused, were involved in a verbal altercation that escalated. During the encounter, the accused struck the victim multiple times. At one point during the altercation, the victim attempted to use her phone before the accused took the phone. The victim was eventually able to get her phone back and the parities separated. The victim was transported to an area hospital where her injuries were determined to be non-life threatening. Following the investigation, officers obtained arrest warrants for the accused, identified as Keyontae Vanes-Deshaun SIGGAL. Attempts to locate the accused have been unsuccessful.

ARRESTS
• Assault & Battery on a Law Enforcement Officer [LEO] –
On March 15, 2023 at 5:35PM, Prince William County Police officers responded to the Bayvue Apartments located in the 1300 block of Bayside Ave. in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a domestic. The investigation revealed the victim, a 62-year-old woman, and an acquaintance, identified as the accused, were involved in a verbal altercation that escalated.
As officers were investigating, the accused, who was determined to have active arrest warrants, refused to allow officers into the apartment.
Eventually, officers made entry into the apartment where they located the accused. When officers attempted to detain the accused, he actively resisted and kicked several officers. After a brief struggle, the accused was taken into custody without further incident.
While investigating the domestic, officers determined during the encounter, the accused grabbed and twisted the victim’s wrist. No injuries were reported. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Antonio Javaughn WILLIAMSON, was arrested.

Charged with 5 counts of assault & battery on LEO and 1 count of domestic assault & battery

• Robbery Investigation – On March 15, 2023 at 3:03PM, Prince William County Police officers responded to the 7-Eleven located at 13304 Occoquan Rd. in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a robbery.
The investigation revealed an unknown man, later identified as the accused, entered the store, and took bottles of alcohol off the shelf. As the accused approached the service counter, he threatened the employee before walking out of the store with the unpaid bottles. As officers were responding to the store, they observed the accused walking on Occoquan Rd. and detained him. While investigating the incident, officers determined earlier in the day, the accused had robbed the store in a similar manner. At no time during the encounter, did the accused have any physical contact with the employee. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Jarelle Rashod LITTLES, was arrested.

Charged with 2 counts of robbery and 1 count of obstruction of justice
