Jan. 3 memorial service for Angela Burnett, former principal of Weems and Metz in Manassas
A service celebrating the life of the late Angela Burnett will be held at Metz Middle School in Manassas on Saturday, Jan. 3, 2015, at 2 p.m.
Mrs. Burnett died on Dec. 30, 2014. She would have been 46 on Dec. 31, 2014. She was a former math teacher, who had been principal of Weems Elementary School and then principal of Metz MIddle School in Manassas. At the time of her death, she was the director of testing and enrichment for Manassas City Public Schools.
