Roll up sleeves and power up computers - PW School Board to begin work on FY 2019 budget next week

The PWCS Capital Improvements Program (CIP) /Budget Planning Timeline for FY 2019 is now online. 

The School Board has scheduled four work sessions (WS) to be held at the Kelly Leadership Center:

WS 1 - Wednesday, January 10, 2018 @ 6 p.m. (Capital Improvements Program)

The Superintendent is scheduled to submit the FY 2019 Proposed Budget and CIP to the School Board at the Board’s regular meeting on Wednesday, February 7, 2018 at 7 p.m.

A public meeting on the FY 2019 Proposed Budget and CIP is scheduled for Monday, February 12, 2018 at 7 p.m. at the Kelly Leadership Center.

WS 2 - Wednesday, February 28, 2018 @ 6 p.m. (CIP/Budget)

WS 3 - Thursday, March 8, 2018 @ 6 p.m.

WS 4 - Wednesday, March 14, 2018 @ 6 p.m.

A public hearing on the FY 2019 Proposed Budget and CIP is scheduled for Wednesday, March 21 at the School Board’s regular meeting at 7 p.m. in the Kelly Leadership Center.

The Prince William Board of County Supervisors must approve the School Board budget by April 30, 2018.
