Shooting suspect who wore a mask turns self in; microwave missing from home under construction

Shooting Investigation *ARREST – On September 13, Terrence Christopher MCCOY, turned himself into police without incident at the Gar-Field Station in Woodbridge. The accused was wanted for a shooting which occurred at a residence located in the 12700 block of Dulcinea Pl in Woodbridge on September 11.
Arrested on September 13:
Terrence Christopher MCCOY, 38, of the 2900 block of Wythe Ct in Woodbridge
Charged with attempted aggravated malicious wounding, maliciously shooting into an occupied dwelling, destruction of property, wearing a mask in public, use of a firearm in commission of a felony, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon
Court Date: November 21, 2017 | Bond: Held WITHOUT Bond

Shooting Investigation [Previously Released] – On September 11 at 12:25AM, officers responded to a residence located in the 12700 block of Dulcinea Pl in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a shooting. The victim, a 50-year-old man of Woodbridge, reported to police that he was in the basement of the home when he heard a noise in the backyard. When the victim looked outside, he saw a man wearing a mask standing in the backyard. During the encounter, the suspect brandished a handgun and discharged one round into the residence which lodged in an interior wall. The suspect then fled the area as the victim contacted police. No injuries were reported. A police K-9 was used to search for the suspect who was not located. During the investigation, officers identified the suspect as Terrence Christopher MCCOY and obtained multiple warrants for his arrest. The incident does not appear to be random. The investigation continues.

**INCIDENTS**

Residential Burglary – On September 13 at 3:00PM, officers responded to a residence under construction in the 7800 block of Crescent Park Dr in Gainesville (20155) to investigate a burglary. The caller reported to police that the burglary occurred sometime between 4:00PM on September 12 and 10:00AM on September 13. The investigation revealed there were no signs of forced entry. A microwave was reported missing.

**ARRESTS**

Malicious Wounding | Domestic Related – On September 13 around 9:30PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 7900 block of Meadow Ct in Manassas (20109) to investigate a domestic. The victim, a 35-year-old man of Manassas, reported to police that he and the accused, an acquaintance, were involved in a verbal altercation which escalated. During the encounter, the accused retrieved a large knife. A struggle ensued and the victim sustained a large laceration to his hand. The parties eventually separated and the police were contacted. The victim was transported to a local hospital for treatment of his injuries. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested.

Kameelah Naeema CLARK, 39, of 7900 block of Meadow Ct in Manassas
Charged with malicious wounding and domestic assault & battery
Court Date: Pending | Bond: Held WITHOUT Bond
