Unlawful filming beneath skirt of woman shopper, 22, at Manassas Walmart
**INCIDENTS**
Unlawful Filming – On July 8 at 11:34AM, officers responded to investigate an unlawful filming incident which was reported to have occurred at the Walmart located at 8386 Sudley Rd in Manassas (20109) earlier that morning at approximately 10:15AM. The victim, a 22-year-old woman of Manassas, reported to police that she was shopping inside the store when she observed an unknown man using a cell phone to possibly take photos or video under her skirt. Officers reviewed surveillance video of the incident and confirmed the victim’s claim. No contact was made between the victim and the suspect. The victim left the store after the incident and reported it to police from her residence.
Suspect Description:
Hispanic male, middle aged, 5’7 with a medium build, short hair, mustache and goatee
Last seen wearing blue stripped polo, jeans and gray tennis shoes
