Strangulation | Domestic Assault & Battery – On August 25 at 4:27PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 16600 block of Reservoir Lp in Dumfries (22026) to investigate a domestic assault. The investigation revealed that the accused assaulted the two family members, identified as an 18-year-old woman and a 10-year-old boy. During the encounter, the accused struck both victims multiple times then grabbed the male victim by the neck. The parties eventually separated and police were contacted. Minor injuries were reported. Following the investigation, officers obtained petitions against the accused who left the residence and was not immediately located. On September 2, the accused, identified as a 13-year-old female juvenile, was arrested.

Indecent Liberties – On September 1 at 2:48PM, officers responded to investigate an assault which was reported to have occurred at a residence located in the 7500 block of Emerald Dr in Manassas (20109) on August 31. The investigation revealed that the victim, a 12-year-old girl of Manassas, was inappropriately touched by the accused, an acquaintance, while inside the residence. The victim reported the incident to a family member who contacted police. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Khayree Lamarr MOORE, was arrested.

**INCIDENTS**
Indecent Exposure – On September 3 at 3:43PM, officers responded to the 14300 block of Jefferson Davis Hwy in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate an indecent exposure. The victim, an 11-year-old-girl of Woodbridge, reported to police that while walking in the above area, she observed an unknown man inside a vehicle. The man asked the victim is she wanted a ride and the victim refused. During the encounter, the man exposed himself to the victim. The victim ran home and notified family members who contacted police. The suspect never exited the vehicle and did not approach the victim. A possible suspect vehicle was located unoccupied nearby. The vehicle owner or the driver were not immediately identified. The investigation continues.
