Attempted Murder | Shooting Investigation *ARREST – On May 31, Jordan Jaycee JONES turned himself into police without incident at the Gar-Field Station in Woodbridge. The accused was wanted in connection to a shooting investigation in the 1400 block of Eisenhower Cir in Woodbridge on May 22.
Arrested May 31:
Jordan Jaycee JONES, 28, of 13661 Mary’s Way Apt 204 in Woodbridge
Charged with attempted murder, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and reckless handling of a firearm
Court Date: July 22, 2016 | Bond: Held WITHOUT Bond

Attempted Murder | Shooting Investigation [Previously Released] – On May 22 at 12:00PM, officers responded to the 1400 block of Eisenhower Cir in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a shooting. The victim, a 27 year old man of Woodbridge, reported to police that he drove to the above area to meet with several acquaintances.  During the encounter, one of the men grabbed money from the victim and a verbal argument ensued. At some point, the victim attempted to hit one of the men, identified as Jordan Jaycee JONES, with his vehicle. JONES then brandished a handgun and fired at the victim missing him. The victim then crashed his vehicle into a nearby tree.  The parties eventually separated and the suspects left the area. Minor injuries were reported to the victim as a result of the crash. Detectives have determined that this shooting was not random.  Following the investigation, detectives with the Robbery Unit obtained warrants for the arrest of JONES. Attempts to located JONES have been unsuccessful. The investigation continues.

Malicious Wounding *ARREST – On May 31, Dwight Angelo ROBINSON turned himself into police without incident at the Adult Detention Center in Manassas. The accused was wanted in connection to a malicious wounding at a residence located at 8400 block of Hessian Hill Ct in Bristow on May 13.
Arrested May 31:
Dwight Angelo ROBINSON, 40, of the 15300 block of Whispering Glen Ct in Centerville
Charged with malicious wounding

Malicious Wounding [Previously Released] – On May 13 at 12:41AM, officers responded to the residence in the 8400 block of Hessian Hill Ct in Bristow (20136) to investigate a stabbing. The victim, a 46 year old woman of Bristow, reported to police that she and the accused, an acquaintance, were arguing over the last few days and it had escalated during this incident. During the physical struggle the victim received a small cut to the right side of her abdomen. Medics transported the victim to an area hospital where she was treated and discharged. Following the investigation, a warrant was obtained for the arrest of the accused, identified as Dwight Angelo ROBINSON.
               
**INCIDENTS**

Armed Robbery – On June 1 at 1:46AM, officers responded to the 7-Eleven located at 14820 Cloverdale Dr in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate a robbery. An employee reported to police that an unknown man entered the store then brandished a handgun and demanded money. The man took an undisclosed amount of money before fleeing in a vehicle. No injuries were reported. The investigation continues.
Suspect Description:
Mixed or light skinned black male, 6’00”, 275lbs with a medium build
Last seen wearing a dark mask, glasses, blue jeans, blue shirt, black shoes, and black gloves

Attempted Commercial Burglary – On May 31 at 3:41PM, officers responded to the Public Self Storage located at 14215 Minnieville Rd in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate a burglary. The property manager reported to police that sometime between 6:00PM on May 30 and 11:00AM on May 31, a side fence was cut and several locks on storage units were tampered. No entry is believed to have been made into any of the storage units and no property was reported missing.

**ARRESTS**

Malicious Wounding – On May 30 at 1:15PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 16200 block of Radburn St in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate an assault. The victim, a 29 year of man of Woodbridge, reported to police that he and the accused, an acquaintance, were involved in a verbal altercation which escalated.

During the encounter, the accused retrieved a baseball and struck the victim in the lower body before driving away from the area. Minor injuries were reported. Following the investigation, officers obtained a warrant for the arrest of the accused. The accused was located and arrested at his residence on May 31 without incident.

Eric Lamar JOHNSON, 45, of 16382 Gang Plank Ln in Woodbridge
Charged with malicious wounding
Court Date: July 11, 2016| Bond: Held on a $7,500 Secured Bond
