**ARRESTS**
Malicious Wounding | Grand Larceny – On December 3rd at 2:10PM, officers responded to the Walmart located at 17041 Jefferson Davis Hwy in Dumfries (22026) to investigate two subjects fighting in the area. Officers located the two parties and identified them as Jacorey NORTHOVER and Rachel BILLINGSLEY who were known acquaintances. Both parties reported to police that they were involved in a verbal altercation which escalated. During the encounter, NORTHOVER grabbed BILLINGSLEY’s cell phone and attempted to leave the area. BILLINGSLEY then pursued NORTHOVER in her vehicle eventually striking him which knocked him to the ground. The parties eventually separated and police were contacted. Minor injuries were reported. Following the investigation, both of the accused were arrested without incident.

Felony Child Neglect – On December 4th at 5:26PM, a Prince William County police officer responded to investigate a two vehicle crash in the area of Cotton Mill Dr and Griffith Ave in Woodbridge (22193). Upon arriving, the officer determined that the driver of the striking vehicle was intoxicated. Further investigation found that the vehicle was occupied by a 7 year old girl. No injuries were reported. Following the investigation, the accused was subsequently arrested without incident.

Woinshet GEBREMARIAM, 42, of the 11700 block of Critton Cir in Woodbridge
Charged with felony child neglect , driving under the influence, and unreasonable refusal

Assault & Battery on a Law Enforcement Officer [LEO] – On December 5th at 1:30AM, Prince William County police officer responded to a residence located on the 16200 block of Taconic Cir in Dumfries (22025) to investigate a domestic. The officer responded and observed two subjects involved in a verbal altercation on a second story deck. The officer eventually made contact, and the accused met the officer at the front door. During the encounter, the accused closed the door on the officer’s hand. The accused was eventually detained without further incident. Minor injuries were reported. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested.

Alicia Kimberly WINSTEAD, 20, of 16205 Taconic Cir in Dumfries
Charged with assault & battery on a LEO and obstruction of justice

**INCIDENTS**
Armed Robbery – On December 7th at 1:00AM, officers responded to the 7-Eleven located at 1701 Featherstone Rd in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a robbery. An employee reported to police that two unknown men entered the business, brandished handguns and demanded money. The suspects took an undisclosed amount of money before fleeing the business on foot. No injuries were reported. A police K-9 was used to search for the men who were not located. The investigation continues.

Last seen wearing a black and silver jacket, a black mask with a hood, grey pants, black shoes, and black gloves
Black male, 5’7” – no further description provided

Armed Robbery – On December 5th at 9:41PM, officers responded to the 6400 block of Trading Square in Haymarket (20169) to investigate a robbery. The victim, a 60 year old man of Gainesville, reported to police that he was in the above area when he was approached by an unknown man brandishing a handgun. The man took the victim’s wallet before fleeing in a silver 4 door sedan driven by an unknown woman. No injuries were reported. The investigation continues.

Indecent Exposure – On December 6th at 8:06PM, officers responded to the 7300 block of Atlas Walk Way in Gainesville (20155) to investigate an indecent exposure. The victims, a 48 year old woman and 23 year old woman both of Gainesville, reported to police that they were walking in the above area when they observed an unknown man expose himself. The victims left the area then contacted police. No other contact was made between the two parties. Officers checked the area and did not locate the suspect.

White male, between 35 & 40 years of age, 5’8”, 160lbs with a thin build

Indecent Exposure – On December 6th at 7:33PM, officers responded to the 6408 block of Trading Square in Haymarket (20169) to investigate an indecent exposure. The victims, a 30 year old woman of Sperryville and a 20 year old woman of Gainesville, reported to police that they were walking in the above area when they observed an unknown man expose himself. The victims immediately contacted police and the suspect left the area. No other contact was made between the two parties. Officers checked the area and did not locate the suspect.

Residential Burglary – On December 6th at 5:00PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 3400 block of Belfry Ln in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a burglary. The homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 8:00AM on December 3rd and 5:00PM on December 6th. The investigation revealed that entry was made into the residence through a rear window which was found damaged. Two computers, jewelry, and miscellaneous items were reported missing. The investigation continues.
Residential Burglary – On December 4th at 9:49PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 11900 block of Oakwood Dr in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a burglary. The homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 6:20PM and 9:46PM. The investigation revealed that entry was made into the residence through a rear window which was found damaged. Several computers, electronics, jewelry, and other miscellaneous items were reported missing.
Residential Burglary – On December 4th at 9:08PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 3165 block of Ironhorse Dr in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a burglary. The homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 6:30PM and 9:00PM. The investigation revealed that entry was made into the residence through a rear door which was found damaged. Two safes, a purse, and jewelry were reported missing.
Attempted Residential Burglary – On December 6th at 7:59AM, officers responded to a residence located in the 1800 block of Bel Air Ln in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a burglary. A resident reported to police that the burglary attempt occurred between 9:30PM on December 5th and 7:00AM on December 6th. The investigation revealed that entry was attempted into the residence through a window which had the screen removed. No entry was made and no property was reported missing.
