Indecent exposure and abduction reported to PW Police

**INCIDENTS**

Indecent Exposure – On October 22nd at 4:00AM, officers responded to the 14300 block of Westminister Ln in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate an indecent exposure. The victim, a 61 year old woman of Woodbridge, reported to police that she was walking towards the stairwell in her apartment building when she observed an unknown man expose himself and make an obscene gesture. The victim immediately contacted police and the suspect left the area. No other contact was made between the two parties. Officers checked the area and did not locate the suspect.
Suspect Description:
Black male, between 20 & 25 years of age, 6’0”, 200lbs with a medium build and dark complexion
Last seen wearing a dark colored hooded sweatshirt and khakis shorts

**ARRESTS**

Abduction – On October 20th at 10:48AM, officers responded to an apartment located in the 1300 block of Eisenhower Cir in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a domestic disturbance. The victim, a 26 year old woman of Woodbridge, reported to police that she and the accused, a known acquaintance, were involved in a verbal alteration which escalated. During the encounter, the accused stood in front of a doorway and prevented the victim was leaving. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested.
Arrested on October 20th:
Steven ORTA, 28, of the 1300 block of Eisenhower Cir in Woodbridge
Charged with abduction
Court Date: Pending | Bond: Held WITHOUT bond
