Sept. 21 ribbon cutting at PWC’s new Innovation Elementary School in Manassas
Innovation Elementary School Principal Kelle Stroud will welcome families on Thursday, Sept. 21, at 6 p.m., and begin the ribbon cutting ceremony, according to a news release from Prince William County Schools.
Stroud be followed with remarks from PWCS Superintendent Dr. LaTanya D. McDade, PWCS Chairman At-Large Dr. Babur Lateef, and Brentsville District School Board Representative Adele Jackson.
There will be student performances from the Unity Reed High School Choir and Air Force JROTC. Several Innovation Elementary School students will also read poems at the ceremony.
Tours of Innovation Elementary will be given after the ribbon cutting ceremony. Innovation Elementary School os located at 8250 Ashton Ave., Manassas, VA 20109, near Costco and the county’s Bull Run Library.
