**ARRESTS**
Abduction | Use of a Firearm in Commission of a Felony -
On Friday, April 12 at 7:35PM, Prince William County Police officers responded to a residence located in the 3600 block of Masthead Trl in Dumfries (22026) to investigate a fight involving weapons.

The investigation revealed the homeowner, a 33-year-old woman, made arrangements with two unknown men to give her a tattoo at her residence in the above area. When the men arrived, an unknown woman accompanied them to the home. While in front of the residence, the three suspects got into a verbal altercation with neighborhood residents, which led to a firearm being brandished and the suspects physically assaulting the neighbors. After the assault, the suspects ran to the initial homeowner’s residence where they proceeded to lock her out of her home.

The homeowner reported that her two children, a 10-year-old girl and 4-year-old boy, were inside the residence with the unknown suspects. Crisis negotiators and members of the Department’s SWAT team responded to the home. Officers were able to get the suspects to release the children who were unarmed.

All three suspects eventually exited the residence and were taken into custody without further incident.
