Want to donate items to Novant/UVA Health System? See below. Email first!

Novant Health UVA Health System is asking that those interested in donating goods and services to email .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) prior to making any donation.

Please include detailed information about goods or services that are available for donation and a contact phone number.

Currently, the health system is accepting only these donations:
Masks (unused), including homemade masks of any kind
Protective eye wear
Hand sanitizer
Face shields
Gowns
Gloves
Bleach wipes
(Non-refrigerated) individually wrapped commercially made food and snack items

Once donation information is received, a community liaison officer will respond with instructions on when and how to complete the donation.

The medical centers ask that no donations be brought to the hospital without prior approval and receipt of delivery instructions due to concerns for safety for the community and team members.

NovantUVA said in a statement it “is grateful for the outpouring of support that our organization continues to receive from our communities. Your continued encouragement and numerous offers of goods and services have been very appreciated during our response to COVID-19.”
