Sounds of someone attempting entry wakes up snoozing car lot owner, who dials police pronto

Strangulation | Domestic Assault & Battery –
On October 24 at 12:11AM, officers responded to an apartment located in the 1900 block of Briar Rose Ln in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a domestic assault. The victim, a 26-year-old woman of Woodbridge, reported to police that she and the accused, an acquaintance, were involved in a verbal altercation which escalated. During the encounter, the accused struck the victim and, at one point, choked her. When the victim attempted to contact police, the accused forcibly prevented her from doing so by taking the phone. The victim was able to call 911 before the accused disconnected prompting a police response. Minor injuries were reported. The accused was still at the residence when officers arrived. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Antonio Daquan RICHARDSON, was arrested.

Commercial Burglary | Felony Eluding | Possession of Stolen Property – On October 17 at 2:12AM, Prince William County Police received a report about a possible drunk driver from Manassas City Police. Officers located and attempted to stop the vehicle in the area of the Prince William Pkwy near Black Forest Ln in Woodbridge (22192). The driver initially slowed the vehicle and traveled to the intersection of Touchtone Cir where it stopped. When officers approached the vehicle, the driver quickly accelerated and fled onto Old Bridge Rd. Officers pursued the vehicle to the area of Westridge Dr where the driver made a sudden stop and exited before fleeing on foot. Additional officers responded and located the driver, the accused, a short time later. The accused was determined to be under the influence of alcohol and was detained without further incident. Upon checking the vehicle, officers determined that the license plates displayed were stolen. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Timothy Lawrence HORTON Sr., was arrested. On October 20, officers further discovered that the vehicle used by the accused was stolen from a burglary at Cowles Ford on October 14. After learning of the burglary and vehicle theft, officers obtained additional warrants which were served on the accused at the Adult Detention Center.

Attempted Commercial Burglary – On October 25 at 2:45AM, officers responded to Imperial Auto Sales located at 7508 Centreville Rd in Manassas (20111) to investigate a burglary. The owner reported to police that he was asleep inside the business when he woke to the sound of someone attempting entry. The owner immediately contacted police and the suspect fled. Officers arrived and located the suspect attempting to hide on a porch nearby. The suspect was detained without further incident. No entry was made into the business and no property was reported missing. The investigation revealed that the suspect attempted to gain access to the business in order to steal keys to a vehicle parked in the parking lot. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Christopher Dail DAVIS, was arrested.

Malicious Wounding –
On October 23 at 3:07PM, officers were advised of a stabbing which allegedly occurred in the area of Williamsburg Ct and Georgetown Rd in Woodbridge (22191) earlier that afternoon. The victim, a 38-year old man of Clinton MD, reported to police that he was walking in the above area when he was approached by an unknown man who then stabbed him in the shoulder before fleeing. The suspect never spoke to the victim or demanded any property. The victim walked to a nearby residence of an acquaintance before seeking medical attention.
Suspect Description:
Black male, between 28 and 32 years of age, 6’1” with a dark complexion and beard
Last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, and a red & black fleece jacket
