INCIDENTS
• Reckless Handling of a Firearm – On Wednesday, June 1, 2022 at 2:55AM, Prince William County Police officers responded to the 7800 block of Sudley Rd. in Manassas (20109) to investigate a shots fired call. Residents reported to police that shots were heard in the above area before a white SUV was seen fleeing the area. The investigation revealed that an altercation occurred between a pedestrian and an occupant of the SUV. As the SUV began to drive away, the driver abruptly stopped the vehicle and fired multiple rounds in the direction of the pedestrian. Both the white Porsche SUV and the unknown male pedestrian fled the area prior to police arrival. No injuries were reported. While checking the area, officers located damage to an exterior pillar of a nearby business consistent with being struck by a projectile. While canvassing, officers located shell casings in the roadway of the above area. No suspect description is available at this time.
ARRESTS
• Strong-Arm Robbery – On Saturday, May 28, 2022 at 3:51AM, Prince William County Police officers responded to investigate a robbery that was reported to have occurred outside the 15700 block of Tassleford Lane in Woodbridge (22191) earlier that morning. The victim, a 19-year-old female, reported to police that earlier that morning she agreed to walk to the area with an acquaintance, identified as the accused. Upon arriving to the location, the accused struck the victim and took her wallet before fleeing on foot. The victim started to yell which caused area residents to contact the police. During the investigation officers located the accused nearby and took him into custody without incident. The victim reported minor injuries. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Henry Caleb Anthony BEER, was arrested.

• Brandishing of a Firearm – On May 28, 2022 at 5:50AM, Prince William County Police officers responded to the McDonald’s located at 17340 Dumfries Road in Dumfries (22026) to investigate a brandishing. An employee of the restaurant reported to police that he and the driver of vehicle in the drive through lane were engaged in a verbal altercation that escalated. During the encounter, the driver, later identified as the accused, brandished a firearm at the employee before driving through the lane. At no time were shots fired during the incident. When officers arrived in the area, they located the accused inside his vehicle and took him into custody without incident. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Allyn Anthony SHAW, was arrested.

ª Abduction | Domestic Related – On Sunday, May 29, 2022 at 3:30AM, Prince William County Police officers responded to the 13600 block of Rush Drive in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a domestic. The investigation revealed that the victim, a 22-year-old woman, and an acquaintance, identified as the accused, were involved in a physical altercation while driving in the above area. During the encounter, the accused parked the vehicle and dragged the victim out onto the roadway where he physically prevented her from leaving. At some point the victim was able to separate from the accused and contacted the police. Upon arriving in the above area, officers located both parties and detained the accused. The victim reported minor injuries Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Daquay Darvel HARRIS WINBUSH, was arrested.

• Attempted Malicious Wounding | Domestic Related – On Tuesday, May 31, 2022 at 4:34AM, Prince William County Police officers responded to a residence located in the 13600 block of Lynn Street in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a domestic. The investigation revealed that a verbal altercation between the accused, a 27-year-old female resident, and an acquaintance escalated. During the encounter, the accused retrieved a firearm and fired a round towards the 32-year-old male acquaintance. The acquaintance quickly fled the home. The accused then pushed the female victim down before leaving the home and contacting the police. The female victim reported minor injuries. No additional injuries were reported. The only property damage was inside the home. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Lindsey Dexter BAKERVILLE was arrested.
