Marsteller students and staff return to building; smoke blamed on malfunctioning copy machine

Staff and students have returned to the building at Marsteller Middle School in Bristow Oct. 10 following a precautionary evacuation.

Normal activities have resumed. The alarm was triggered by smoke from a copy machine, which was removed from the building by the Fire Department, according to Irene Cromer, Supervisor of Community Relations, Prince William County Public Schools.
