Commercial Burglaries | Hit and Run *ADDITIONAL ARREST – On October 2, an additional suspect sought in connection to the burglaries that occurred in the Dumfries and Triangle area on September 23 was arrested, according to Officer Renee Carr, police department spokesman.
Detectives with the Prince William County Police Department’s Property Crimes Unit identified the suspect as a 14-year-old female. On October 2, the suspect was located and taken into custody without incident. Detectives previously arrested a male juvenile and an adult man as part of the investigation.

Commercial Burglaries | Hit and Run [Previously Released] – On September 23 at 8:27AM, officers responded to Tim’s River Shore located at 1510 Cherry Hill Rd. in Dumfries (22026) to investigate a burglary. The investigation revealed that earlier that morning a Cadillac Escalade was stolen from a residence located in the 18700 block of Fuller Heights Rd. in Triangle (22172). The vehicle was then involved in a hit and run near the main gate of Marine Corps Base Quantico. The driver of the vehicle, later identified as the accused, fled the scene on foot and returned to the Fuller Heights area where he met up with other acquaintances.
The accused and the other suspects then burglarized the Auto Tech Store located at 18741 Fuller Heights Rd. where they stole two sets of keys and a 4-door dark colored vehicle. The suspects then drove the vehicle for a short time before burglarizing the Mary’s Flower Shop located at 18742 Fuller Heights Rd. The suspects stole flowers and candy before fleeing in the second stolen vehicle.
At that point, the suspects parked the vehicle and proceeded to walk to Tim’s River Shore, located at 1510 Cherry Hill Rd. where they broke into the business and took an undisclosed amount of money. The police were alerted to Tim’s River Shore after the suspects triggered the alarm. Responding officers observed two suspects walking in the area of Williamstown and detained them without incident. Following the investigation, the suspects, identified as Isaiah Lee RIDDLE and a 15-year-old male juvenile, were connected to the incidents and arrested. The investigation continues as detectives seek to identify the other suspects involved.
