Alarm activated at Bristow golf facility; glass door broken, property reported missing

**INCIDENTS**

Shooting into an Occupied Dwelling – On June 19 at 2:00PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 3300 block of Esquarre Ct in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a destruction of property. The homeowner reported to police that earlier that morning, multiple bullet holes were discovered in the front portion of the residence. The investigation revealed that shots were fired sometime around 2:00AM and may have stemmed from an altercation involving an acquaintance of the homeowner’s daughter. No injuries or other property damage were reported.

Commercial Burglary – On June 20 at 5:19AM, officers responded to the Broad Run Golf and Practice Facility located at 10201 Golf Academy Dr in Bristow (20136) to investigate an alarm activation. When officers arrived, they were informed by an employee of broken glass door. A police K-9 searched the business and did not locate anyone inside. Surveillance footage showed an unknown suspect, wearing a hooded sweatshirt pulled over his or her face, inside the business. The suspect took property from the cash register before leaving. The suspect was not located and no further description was provided.
