Pat Conroy dies; former mayor of Town of Occoquan

Former Occoquan Mayor Patricia “Pat” Conway recently passed away in Florida, according to a notification received from the current Occoquan Mayor Earnie Porta.
Mayor Porta stated that Pat served four consecutive two-year terms as mayor from July of 1998 through June of 2006. Before she was mayor, Porta said Conway served on the Occoquan Town Council.
Porta said that a number of years ago, after her retirement, Conroy moved to Florida where she was when she passed.
