Gary Ray Maness, 62, father of eight, great man of God. dedicated leader

A funeral service for Gary Ray Maness, 62, of Haymarket will be held on Saturday, June 24, 2023, at 10 a.m. at the Clover Hill Church, 12310 Bailey Bridge Road, Midlothian, VA 23112.  The family will receive friends from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.

Gary was known as a great man of God, a man of character and a strong, dedicated leader.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Leamon Harry Maness and Shirley Fay Moles Maness, and a brother, Jerry Maness.

Gary is survived by his loving wife of 19 years, Cindy Maness; his eight children, Holly Tronstad (Thomas), Melissa Thompson (Jonathan), Cassandra Reiner (Ryan), Ashley Sekerdy (Michael), Christopher Knebel (Magda). Karissa Knebel, Jon Knebel, Austin Knebel (Missy) and his 14 grandchildren, Angelina Immekus, Alayna Reiser, Ethan, Dylan, Selah and Silas Tronstad, Savanah and Elijah Thompson, Riley and Mason Sekerdy, Brielle Quines, Luca Knebel and Addie East.

Gary’s final place of rest will be Greenwood Memorial Gardens.
